We sent our team to the site to measure each balcony and arranged for the bespoke manufacture of seven roofs of varying sizes. After discussing the logistics and project timeline with our client, we booked a suitable time and date in to complete the installations. We understand the importance of being flexible with our commercial contractors as project deadlines often change on these larger building sites. Our aim is to be in and out at a time that will not impact any other site workers, allowing the project to run as smoothly as possible.
With a suitable time and date arranged, our team of fitters attended to the job and promptly installed all seven roofs to the highest standard. The louvres certainly added the wow factor that the client was looking for to this already impressive Leederville apartment block. The new residents of the complex will now be able to thoroughly enjoy their outdoor space in all weather. The louvres offer a full block out of the sun in summer and shelter from the rain with the blades closed and allow in heat and sunlight in the cooler months with a simple rotation of the blades.
