Strategically designed to maximise natural light and airflow, the louvre roof elevates the experience across the clubhouse amenities—from the indoor heated pool to the elegant cinema—offering a calm and welcoming environment year-round.
The louvre shade was chosen instead of a traditional roof for the alfresco area overlooking the bowling green, giving residents the ability to control sunlight as needed.
