5 Townhouse Development in Nedlands
A project located on Smyth Road, Nedlands, deisgned by award winning architect Peter Fryer. We successfully installed Louvre Roofs on the balcony of each townhouse on the 5 townhouse development. The aim was to enhance the residents’ comfort while providing full control over the light and shade for the balcony and upstairs living area.
Overall, the installation of the Louvre Roofs on the Smyth Road project has been a success. The residents are enjoying their new outdoor space.

MSWA Lottery – Early Bird Prize
