Smiths Construction added a operable louvre roof to Vasse Lifestyle Village Clubhouse, enhancing both control and comfort of the Clubhouse. Strategically positioned to optimize sunlight and airflow, it ensures residents enjoy every amenity – from the indoor heated pool to the luxurious cinema – in a serene environment.

The Louvre Shade was selected over a traditional roof for the alfresco overlooking the bowling green, to give the community control of the sun. It just another showcase of how and where a Louvre Shade can be used to provide shade and sun control in any space!
